Job Responsibilities

 

  • Account Management: You will manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring that they receive high-quality service and support. This may involve overseeing the delivery of digital marketing solutions, addressing any issues or concerns, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Client Relationships: You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on digital marketing best practices and trends. You will be expected to understand your clients' businesses and goals, and provide them with insights and recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Digital Marketing Solutions: You will work with clients to understand their requirements and develop strategies to address their digital marketing needs. This may include the development and deployment of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Collaboration: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and product teams, to ensure client success and satisfaction with our digital marketing offerings. You will be expected to work closely with your clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services we provide.
  • Presentations and Discussions: You will lead client presentations and discussions to drive adoption and usage of digital marketing services, educate clients on new digital marketing products and services, and respond to client inquiries and requests.
  • Metrics Tracking: You will track and report on key account metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and adoption of digital marketing services, and use this information to drive continuous improvement. You will be expected to analyse data and provide insights to clients to help them understand the impact of their digital marketing efforts.
  • Industry Knowledge: You will stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in digital marketing, and use this knowledge to drive new business and improve client engagement. You will be expected to attend industry events and conferences, and share your insights and knowledge with your clients.
  • Customer Success: You will ensure client success by working closely with them to achieve their goals, address any issues or concerns, and help them maximise the value of their digital marketing investments. You will be expected to be proactive in identifying opportunities to help clients achieve their goals and to be responsive to their needs.
