Academic Requirements
 

Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or any equivalent/relevant degree.
 

Required Skills
 

• Strong visual design skills and knowledge of graphic design principles
• Experience leading creative teams
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise tasks
• Branding and concept development
• Design software proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Artistic direction and project management
• Ability to lead and inspire a design team
• Strong attention to detail
• Good negotiation and collaboration skills
   

Additional Skills
 

Having any of these would be a plus!

Language Skills
 

Must have Very Good English and Arabic command.

Job Responsibilities
 

• Conceptualise and execute creative visual design for advertising and marketing materials
• Lead a team of designers, illustrators, and photographers
• Collaborate with copywriters, account executives, and clients
• Present ideas and designs to the team and clients
• Manage the production process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
