Job Title: HR Manager (Talent Acquisition, Development, and Management)

Hours: 40 hours a week (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Responsible for: Leading and overseeing all aspects of Social Station Agency's human resources function, fostering a positive and productive work environment for our team of superstars.

Job Summary

Are you an HR professional with a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development? As our Talent Development & Management Lead, you'll be responsible for shaping and implementing our HR strategy, attracting top talent, and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle.

Required Skills 

HR Leadership Skills Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a progressive HR leadership role.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address HR challenges.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Talent Acquisition & Management Skills Requirements

  • Expertise in all aspects of the recruitment process, from attracting and screening candidates to onboarding and new hire integration.

  • Ability to develop and manage a comprehensive talent pool to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Skill in performance management, including conducting performance reviews and implementing development plans.

Employee Relations & Engagement Skills Requirements

  • A strong understanding of employment law and best practices in HR management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.

  • Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.

Learning & Development Skills Requirements

  • Passion for creating and implementing impactful learning and development programs to upskill and empower employees.

  • Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR development.

Academic Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Equivalent professional experience, without a formal degree, will be considered for exceptional candidates.

Knowledge of modern project management tools such as Nifty.pm

Language Skills

  • English

  • Arabic

Job Responsibilities

    I.  Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the agency's overall business objectives.

   II.  Lead the recruitment process, overseeing all stages from job description creation to offer negotiation.

  III.  Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

  IV.  Oversee performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback.

   V.  Develop and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and skill development.

  VI.  Manage employee benefits and compensation programmes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

 VII.  Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership, departments, and employees.

VIII.  Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
