Academic Requirements
 

Marketing, Communications, or any equivalent/relevant degree.

Required Skills
 

• Experience in social media management and strategy development
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
• Experience with creating and executing social media campaigns
   

Additional Skills
 

Having any of these would be a plus!

• Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• Experience with paid social media advertising
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and outreach
   

Language Skills
 

Must have Very Good English & Arabic command.

Having the ability to work in teams and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders is a must. Job Responsibilities
 

• Develop and execute social media strategies for clients in various industries
• Manage and maintain clients' social media accounts
• In-charge of scheduling all content postings
• Monitor and track social media metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative and account management team, to execute campaigns and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with clients and team members
• Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and optimisation
• Work with influencers and other third-party partners to execute campaigns and initiatives
• Create regular reports and presentations for clients on social media performance and ROI
• Work with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
