Job Summary

Are you a passionate design enthusiast with a deep understanding of user-centred design principles? As our UX/UI Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in creating seamless and engaging digital experiences for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with our development and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user interfaces.

Required Skills 

• User-Centric Design: Strong foundation in user-centred design principles and methodologies.

• Design Proficiency: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.

• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify user pain points and design solutions that address them.

• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills (Desirable but not mandatory):

• Experience with interaction design and animation.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

Academic Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience in UX/UI Design can be considered, without a formal degree, for exceptional candidates.

Job Responsibilities

    I.  Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviours.

   II.  Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualise design concepts.

  III.  Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

  IV.  Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

   V.  Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

  VI.  Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
