Academic Requirements
 

Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent/relevant degree.
 

Required Skills
 

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with WordPress customisation and plugin development
• Knowledge of website optimisation techniques (e.g. image compression, page speed optimisation)
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Awareness of website accessibility and SEO best practices
   

Additional Skills
 

Having any of these would be a plus!

• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.)
   

Language Skills
 

Must have Very Good English and Arabic command.

Having the ability to work in teams and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders is a must. Job Responsibilities
 

• Design, develop and maintain WordPress websites
• Write clean, optimised, and maintainable code
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Customise plugins and themes to meet specific requirements
• Work with the team and clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
• Test websites across different browsers and devices
• Ensure website security and performance
• Collaborate with design, marketing and product teams
